Accountability & Transparency

Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital is dedicated to providing the best quality of care to all our patients, and we are proud to be part of a system that is focused on quality, accountability, transparency and results.

Ontario’s hospitals operate in one of the most demanding accountability and transparency environments in Canada and this section or our website has been developed to demonstrate our commitment to these values and to the communities we serve.

 Accessibility Plan
This plan describes the measures the hospital has taken in the past to remove barriers, it identifies current barriers and establishes a process to remove the barriers.  This plan was developed through the efforts of the Accessibility Advisory Committee and the committee membership included representatives from the hospital and community.
